At Park2Go, our top priority is the safety & health of our customers, employees, and vendors.  We are committed in continuing to deliver high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and service for everyone’s comfort and safety.

While Alberta has entered Stage 3 on July 1, 2021, and several public health measures have now been lifted, Park2Go Value Valet is continuing to require all employees and guests to wear masks on our shuttles throughout the summer, similar to the policy requirements of airlines and others in the travel & hospitality industries.

We are happy to report and update you on several improvements to our payment system which will save you time, avoid waiting to pay, and practice safe social distancing while using our Park2Go facilities.  Park2Go customers are now able to have a complete Cashier-Less | Contact-less experience for all parking transactions including, rate quotes, reservations, credit card payments and, receipt requests just to name a few!

At Park2Go, we are focused on the health and safety of our employees, and our customers. We have made several changes to our Operations to continue to serve you throughout this crisis. We are aware that you may not be travelling by air or parking at the airport for some time but know that we are open and at your service when you decide to travel and require airport parking.

Self-Park Option: We are excited to announce the addition of Self park option to our operations. We understand and realize that some customers would prefer to park their vehicle and not have someone else touch their vehicle during the pandemic crisis. Therefore, we are introducing easy, convenient, and economical self-park option. Please visit our rate/quote page to see the new rates.

Competitive parking rate: We understand that these tough times and we would like to assure you that we here to help. We have lowered our Value - Valet parking rates and introduced VALUE SELF park rates which are lowest in the market.

COVID-19 precautions and recommendations:

  • Disinfecting wipe down of the most touched areas in your vehicle.
  • We are sanitizing our shuttles with World Health Organisation recommended products. We sanitize the shuttles before and after every trip to the Airport.
  • We sanitize all other high touch areas.
  • We will not handle your luggage unless you request us to do so. If we do, a barrier will be used.
  • We have reduced our shuttle capacity to 50% to follow social distancing rules.
  • All staff will be wearing gloves & mask, and we have also provided sanitizing & hygiene products to our employees.
  • All staff is undergoing training which will help to ensure their personal safety and as well as yours.
  • We are recommending our customers to drop off their family and or co passengers to the airport before dropping off their vehicle at Park2Go. This will help us maintain social distancing in the shuttles. As noted above, we have reduced capacity on the shuttles.

The spread of the Coronavirus is an unprecedented challenge for all of us. The global coronavirus pandemic is affecting our families, businesses, communities, and our way of life. During this time, we wanted to reach out and update you on how we are approaching the situation at Park2Go.
 
First and foremost, our hearts go out to anyone who has been impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly. Our thoughts are especially with those who are sick, to whom we extend our heartfelt wishes for a full recovery.

Here are few things we are doing:

  • We are sanitizing and wiping the most touched areas in your vehicle (Steering wheel, gear shifter, door handle interior and exterior, etc.) before the vehicle is handed over to you.
  • We are sanitizing our shuttles regularly with the best sanitizing products available in the market.
  • We have provided gloves, and sanitizing & hygiene products to our employees.
  • We are offering 1000 bonus points for signing up as a VIP Parker.
  • As a VIP Parker, you can create a secured online profile and store your credit card on file. This will allow you the option for contact less check out. Simply scan your ticket at the exit and your credit card on file will be charged.
  • We also offer Self Park if you wish to park and lock your vehicle yourself.
