I acknowledge and approve all amounts charged for the above services selected. I acknowledge that Country Hills Toyota Scion will remove my vehicle from the Park2Go Value Valet location to perform requested services. Country Hills Toyota Scion and Park2Go Value Valet will not be held responsible for any undisclosed mechanical issues related to vehicle. Full payment will be rendered at time of pick-up. I acknowledge that Park2Go Value Valet will charge the valet fee from date vehicle is dropped off till pick-up. ALL AUTO SERVICES REQUIRE A MINIMUM PARK OF 4 BUSINESS DAYS.
